The capsuled and oil-cooled wet multi-disc brakes ensure smooth operation. Compared to drum brakes, up to 50%, less effort is required with wet disc brakes. In addition, there is no downtime for maintenance, so there are lower maintenance costs for the brakes as it would be for drum brakes. Another advantage is that dusty or wet environments have no negative effect on the brake performance of these encapsulated multi-disc brakes. In contrast to drum brakes, wet disc brakes also have the best braking effects in harsh environments.

The truck is operated via ergonomically positioned hydraulic levers on the hood of the truck. Up to 5 hydraulic functions can be implemented directly ex works.

Ergonomic driver’s workplace that offers the driver plenty of head and legroom. Predictable controls and the hydraulic power steering ensure intuitive operation and a high level of safety during application.

Powerful acceleration and reliable operation are ensured by powerful industrial engines. The GTS trucks are available in diesel or LPG versions.

The transmission in split design reduces vibrations at the driver’s seat and enables a smooth operation.

Combined with a stable, vibration-free steering axle and an ergonomic operator’s compartment, the GTS-Series is not only robust and reliable, but also extremely comfortable and safe.

The uprights are available in the following versions Standard, Hi-Lo and Triplex. Thanks to the nested mast profiles, the operator has a very good view through the upright. The heavy-duty, nested mast profiles provide high strength even with heavy loads.

For low-vibration lifting operations, the trucks are equipped with mast damping as standard. During lifting operations, the smooth transfer between the individual mast profiles is ensured. This protects both the goods and the mast components.

The operator display of the GTS-Series does not require a lot of text and is easily understandable.

Various cab types are available for the driver’s compartment of the GTS-Series. To ensure that you get the right solution for your application, the
following cabins are offered:

• Partial cabin (roof, front and rear window)
• Fully equipped cabin

The full cab with two-part driver’s doors can be opened by 180° and fixed to the cab frame. This allows operating these trucks with open doors, for example during summertime. A heated rear window, easily accessible storage compartments, and a radio with Bluetooth function complete this comfortable, full cab.
